There are two versions of this song’s lyrics. The original cut from 2007 (dazzle) is in Japanese, and the 2010 version (DAZZLE) is reworked for English. Both are included below.

Hazuki explains this song in UNDERNEATH_FILES VOL. 3:
“Hazuki: This song has more of a message compared to the others. I first wrote something that makes it clear, and when I wondered if just recording it as is would get things across, that’s what we did.
Interviewer: Are the lyrics ironic, or…?
H: There’s a lot of shady old fucks out there. (laugh)
I: So it’s directed to men like that. Seems like you might make enemies.
H: Yeah, well, guys like that never think it’s about them.
I: Oh, I see. (laugh)
H: They think, surely it couldn’t be me.
I: I get it.
H: Although it just might be that guy.
I: You’re saying it’s directed at someone.
H: These are my inner thoughts.
